Utlized Deep Learning to differentiate Alzheimer's Disease (AD) from Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus (NPH) using T1-weighted MRI.
Early Alzheimer's Diagnosis Using AI-Driven Multi-Modal Analysis. Developed interpretable AI models combining speech, sleep EEG, and MRI data to enable early, non-invasive Alzheimer's detection. Focused on clinical usability, fairness, and accessibility across underrepresented populations.
Used AI and deep learning to develop personalized mental health treatment plans, focusing on depression care. Project partners with Alberta Health Services and follows EDIA principles for fairness and accessibility.
Used 4,700 T1-weighted MRI scans and implemented Monai-based deep learning models for brain age prediction.
Wheat head detection via PyTorch and 3D Slicer. Built annotated datasets and trained detection and segmentation models.
